Jakarta, 28 May 2015 – “Balinese Food & Cultural Festival” will be presented at Lagoon Cafe, The Sultan Hotel & Residence Jakarta from May 28th to June 6th, 2015. This festival will be opened on Thursday May 28th, 2015 by Mr. I Nyoman Sarya, General Manager The Sultan Hotel & Residence Jakarta began with the Press Conference at Cendana Room, Cooking Demo and continued with the Opening Cocktail Party at Lagoon Cafe.
The Sultan Hotel & Residence Jakarta invites Ambassadors, Top Clients and Fellow Media at the opening cocktail party of the Balinese Food & Cultural Festival. An artistic Balinese decorations, fascinating performances of traditional Balinese dance and music, painting exhibition and live gucci art by local artist from Bali as well as an authentic luscious Balinese cuisines bring you a memorable and amazing experiences at this great opening of the Balinese Food & Cultural Festival.
During Balinese Food & Cultural Festival from May 28th – June 6th, 2015, we're ready to fit up our culinary team coming right away from Ayodya Resorts Bali, one of our sister company under Singgasana Hotels & Resorts. The most popular Balinese dishes, Bebek Betutu – a duck cuisine with spicy flavour delicated with Bali’s herbs combination of kaempferia galanga, red chilli, turmeric, lemongrass and lime leaves, Sate Lilit – satay cuisine with various of minched beef, chicken or seafood grilled with the authentic Balinese herbs and served in wrapped lemongrass, Ayam Pelalah – shredded chicken and mixed with Balinese spices, and many more.
